Sherman Foster entered the Real Estate Industry in 1998 when he joined Homelife Benchmark Realty and has since been serving clients in Langley and the Fraser Valley. He has helped facilitate hundreds of purchases and sales of single and multi family homes as well as some commercial and development properties. His specialty is single and multifamily home sales. His previous experience in residential construction has proven to be a valuable asset when assisting clients in the purchase and sale of their properties.

Sherman grew up in Langley as part of a construction family and from a young age worked in the Construction business learning how to build. He owned and operated his own residential construction business which specialized in single family homes before embarking on his Real Estate career.
Committed to ongoing education, Sherman continues to upgrade his Real Estate knowledge to remain current. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as an Associate Broker’s licence.
Sherman is consistently among the Top Realtors in the Fraser Valley and Langley area and has won numerous Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and company awards.
Believing in giving back to his community Sherman is an active volunteer coach in the local soccer community as well as supporting company initiatives contributing to the food bank, high school scholarship fund and community fund.
